歡迎遊玩《迷宮攔路王 / Mazewall》（以下稱「本遊戲」）。開始使用即表示你同意以下條款。

一、資格

你必須達到所在地可自行同意本條款的年齡；未達者請在監護人同意下使用。

二、帳號

你可以訪客身分或 Google 登入遊玩。你應對自己帳號下的活動負責，並提供真實的暱稱（不得冒充他人或使用冒犯性名稱）。

三、公平遊玩與禁止行為

• 不得作弊、利用漏洞、或以自動化程式（外掛、機器人）竄改成績或排名。
• 不得干擾伺服器、嘗試繞過成績驗證或速率限制。
• 不得騷擾其他玩家，或在暱稱／分享內容中放入違法、仇恨或冒犯性內容。

本遊戲採伺服器端權威驗證；我們保留對疑似作弊帳號重設成績、移除排名或停權的權利。

四、虛擬項目與點數

遊戲內的點數、命、造型、地圖等虛擬項目不具真實貨幣價值、不可兌現、不可轉讓。我們可能為了遊戲平衡調整其取得方式或數值。目前本遊戲未開放真實金流付費。

五、你的內容

你在遊戲中建立的暱稱與迷宮佈局，你授權我們為了運營目的（例如排行榜、重播、分享卡）於遊戲內外顯示。

六、免責聲明

本遊戲以「現狀」提供，不保證無錯誤或不中斷。在法律允許的最大範圍內，我們不對因使用本遊戲而生的間接或衍生損害負責。

七、終止

若你違反本條款，我們可暫停或終止你的帳號。你也可隨時停止使用並要求刪除帳號。

八、條款變更

本條款若有更新，我們會修改本頁上方的生效日期；持續使用即表示接受更新後的條款。

Welcome to Mazewall (迷宮攔路王) ("the Game"). By using it, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your region; if not, use the Game with a guardian's consent.

2. Accounts

You may play as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and must provide a genuine nickname (no impersonation or offensive names).

3. Fair play & prohibited conduct

• No cheating, exploiting bugs, or using automated tools (hacks, bots) to manipulate scores or rankings.
• No interfering with the servers or attempting to bypass score verification or rate limits.
• No harassing other players, and no unlawful, hateful, or offensive content in nicknames or shared material.

The Game uses server-authoritative verification. We reserve the right to reset scores, remove rankings, or suspend accounts suspected of cheating.

4. Virtual items & points

In-game points, lives, skins, maps, and other virtual items have no real-world monetary value and are non-redeemable and non-transferable. We may adjust how they are earned or valued for game balance. The Game currently offers no real-money purchases.

5. Your content

You grant us a license to display the nicknames and maze layouts you create, for operational purposes such as leaderboards, replays, and share cards, in and outside the Game.

6. Disclaimer

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also stop using the Game and request account deletion at any time.

8. Changes

If we update these terms, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
