《迷宮攔路王 / Mazewall》（以下稱「本遊戲」）尊重你的隱私。本政策說明我們蒐集哪些資料、如何使用，以及你有哪些權利。

一、我們蒐集的資料

• 帳號資料：以訪客身分遊玩時，我們會產生一組隨機玩家 ID 與你自訂的暱稱。若你選擇用 Google 登入，我們僅接收並儲存 Google 提供的使用者識別碼（sub）與顯示名稱；我們不會取得你的密碼，也不會將 Email 用於行銷。
• 遊戲資料：你的迷宮佈局、通關秒數、天梯分數、對戰與挑戰紀錄、重播資料。
• 經濟資料：點數、命（體力）、擁有的造型/地圖等虛擬項目狀態。
• 技術資料：伺服器為了防止濫用（速率限制），會短暫處理連線 IP；我們不建立跨站追蹤檔案。

二、Cookie 與本機儲存

我們使用瀏覽器本機儲存（localStorage）與登入權杖來維持你的登入狀態、語言、音效與角色偏好——這些屬於維持功能所必需，非追蹤用途。目前本遊戲預設不投放廣告，因此不下廣告 Cookie。日後若開啟廣告，將另行提供 Cookie 同意管理，並更新本政策。

三、資料如何使用

用於：運行遊戲、計算與顯示排行榜、進行對戰配對、伺服器端成績驗證與防作弊、以及速率限制等安全防護。

四、第三方服務

• Google 登入：驗證你的身分，適用 Google 的隱私權政策。
• Cloudflare：提供網站與伺服器代管。

五、資料分享

我們不販售你的個人資料。請注意：排行榜與對戰結果會公開顯示你的暱稱與成績。

六、保存與刪除

資料於你的帳號存續期間保存。你可隨時來信要求刪除帳號與相關資料。

七、兒童

本遊戲非以未滿 13 歲兒童為對象；若你未達所在地數位同意年齡，請在監護人同意下使用。

八、政策變更

本政策若有更新，我們會修改本頁上方的生效日期。

Mazewall (迷宮攔路王) ("the Game") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: When you play as a guest, we generate a random player ID and store the nickname you choose. If you sign in with Google, we receive and store only the Google-provided user identifier (sub) and display name. We never receive your password and do not use your email for marketing.
• Gameplay data: your maze layouts, clear times, ranked rating, match and challenge history, and replays.
• Economy data: points, lives (energy), and owned virtual items such as skins and maps.
• Technical data: to prevent abuse (rate limiting), the server briefly processes your connection IP. We do not build cross-site tracking profiles.

2. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage and a session token to keep you signed in and remember your language, sound, and character preferences. These are strictly functional, not for tracking. The Game currently serves no ads by default, so no advertising cookies are set. If ads are enabled later, we will add cookie-consent management and update this policy.

3. How we use data

To run the game, compute and display leaderboards, matchmake, verify scores server-side and prevent cheating, and enforce rate limits for security.

4. Third-party services

• Google Sign-In — to authenticate you, subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — website and server hosting.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Note that leaderboards and match results publicly display your nickname and scores.

6. Retention & deletion

Data is kept while your account is active. You may email us any time to request deletion of your account and associated data.

7. Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13. If you are below the digital-consent age in your region, please use it with a guardian's consent.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
